A Legal Plan to Protect and Defend Our Nation's Heroes The ACERA Patriot Plan is a Legal Services Access Plan that was specifically created and tailored to help men and women who put their lives on the line every day--America's hometown heroes.  We've expanded plan eligibility standards to provide coverage and benefits for members of the armed forces, fire fighters, EMT, police officers, and other first responders and government workers across the United States.

How does it work?

Free Consultations and Guaranteed Discounts
Patriot Plan members are entitled to free legal consultations with plan attorneys for each new legal matter. If a member hires a plan attorney they receive a 25% discount on all of the attorney's fees. Price is no longer an obstacle to competent legal representation. Get the help you need when you need it, without breaking the bank.

The ACERA Patriot Plan was founded by military veterans and licensed first responders to benefit those public servants--those patriots--who have dedicated their lives to making our country safer and stronger.  Now, these deserving hometown heroes have affordable access to high-quality, significantly discounted legal services from carefully screened participating law firms and attorneys who have voluntarily signed a pledge that contractually obligates them to support America's military, police, first responders and other public safety and government employees. Each participating lawyer lists their areas of specialty, making it easy for us to refer our patriot members to appropriate counsel as needed.
